Here is an interesting little piece of information my wife shared with me recently. Some of you may have already seen or heard about this, but maybe there are those who will see this for the first time. It is soooo cool, that I will try and not make this too long. Well OK, did you know that every living being on this earth has cells in them which are cohesive and in very basic terms, keep all the stuff inside you together? That's my non-technical description of what "Laminin" does. You can look it up if you want a more precise descriptive narrative but for now trust me on this. Anyway, a Pastor (Louie Giglio) gave a sermon on this when he discovered this from a friend of his. The amazing thing is what the structure of Laminin looks like. Take a look. It is the shape of a cross. The one cell in our bodies that keeps things cohesive (together) is in the shape of the cross. How amazing is that!! God is awesome! Thousands of years ago, before the world ever knew much of anything about science or biology, Paul wrote these words, "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created; things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. (Colossians 1:15-17) I believe in my heart that God knew before He even created Adam that this cell would look just like this and that one day someone would discover this and we would be able to share this information in just this way. Call me crazy if you want, but you will never convince me that this is not the case. God is so cool, so awesome and He loves you!
